1. Non-Refundable Challenge Fees

All fees paid for participating in our challenges, including but not limited to the Standard Challenge and the Instant Challenge, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether you complete the challenge, fail to meet the challenge requirements, or decide to cancel your participation.
 

2. No Cancellation After Payment

Once you have made a payment for a challenge, your registration is considered final, and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted. By making the payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
 

3. Disqualification from Challenges

If you are disqualified from a challenge due to a violation of the challenge rules, terms, or guidelines, you will not be eligible for a refund of the challenge fee.
 

4. Exceptions

In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or duplicate payments caused by our system, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. To request an exception, please contact us at support@indifunded.com with detailed information about the issue.
